Dr. Kevin Fang

Dr. Kevin Fang is a Formulation Technology Engineer at Mastracare with 12 years of hands-on expertise in emulsion science, acid exfoliation system design, encapsulation technology, and waterless and concentrated skincare formulation. He leads technical development of novel delivery systems including lipid nanoparticles, cyclodextrin complexes, and biphasic formulations for active ingredient protection and controlled release. Kevin has deep practical knowledge of AHA BHA PHA pH optimisation, self-emulsifying cleansing systems, and solid skincare format development for sustainable brand positioning. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from Tongji University and is responsible for formulation stability and scale-up across all OEM production lines.
