Dr. Nina Huang

Dr. Nina Huang is a UV and Mineral Sunscreen Technology Expert at Mastracare with 12 years of dedicated expertise in UV filter science, sunscreen formulation, SPF and PA+++ testing methodology, and global sunscreen regulatory compliance. She leads technical development of mineral zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sunscreen, organic UV filter photostabilisation, and hybrid tinted SPF products for OEM brands targeting EU, US, Japan, Australia, and China markets. Nina has deep knowledge of ISO 24444 SPF testing, JCIA UVA-PF PPD methodology, water-resistance test protocol, and broad-spectrum critical wavelength claim requirements. She holds a PhD in Photochemistry from Zhejiang University and has contributed to multiple industry working groups on sunscreen efficacy testing standards.
